Exhibition Design for Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds is the UK’s last surviving regency playhouse and has over 200 years of history. The marketing team at the theatre were determined to entertain adult and children visitors in the summer months through chronological tours of the theatres history. The tour titled Backstage Past:Access All Eras required lots of creative input and a range of professionally designed materials to help bring it to life. I was part of a small team that helped design and develop a wayfinding system for the tour, implementing patterns and colours to define the different eras. I also helped to design maps of the theatre, installation boards, character illustrations and a range of printed materials.
